Net Optics prides itself on manufacturing the highest quality products. All products are engineered, assembled, tested, and shipped from our headquarters in Santa Clara, California. All Net Optics products come with a one-year Manufacturers Warranty.

The Net Optics Service Plan is a uniquely integrated service and support solution that extends the coverage on designated Net Optics products for up to five years from the purchase date. This comprehensive plan includes access to Technical Support staff, access to the Customer Portal for on-going software updates and upgrades, access to online resources, and free-of-charge repairs.

We recommend that you purchase the Service Plan when you purchase your Net Optics product to take maximum advantage of the coverage the plan provides. There are two levels to the Service Plan, the Standard Program and the Advance Replacement Program.

Five years of security
All Net Optics products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty, which means the Standard Program level is included with all product purchases for the first year. Repairs, technical support, and software upgrades for products under the 1-year warranty are provided free of charge (subject to terms of warranty). The Service Plan will be offered in 1-year and 2-year packages, with the 2-year package only available at the time of purchase. Equipment registration will be required to receive access to the Customer Portal.

The New Service Plan adds increased flexibility and coverage for our newer products. Please see the Comprehensive coverage section below to identify which Net Optics products are currently eligible for the New Service Plan. All other products will continue to be covered under the existing Service Plan, which is detailed below in the Existing Service Plan section.

Advance Replacement (AR) Process
If you'd like to receive Advance Replacement coverage beyond the initial 30 days, this option can be purchased. The Advance Replacement Program is currently not available in certain countries, and next business day shipping is not available outside the United States. Please see the terms and conditions for the complete details of the plan. Advance Replacements are currently only available for the following products:

• All Director models and components
• All xStream products and components
• All non-i Fiber Tap products
• Designated Copper Tap models – TP-CU3, TP-CU3-ZD, PA-CU, IPA-CU3, TPA-CU3
• All Indigo Pro models
• Designated Aggregation models – LA-1400 series and LA-2400 series
• Designated Bypass models – IBP-8000 series
• Designated Regeneration models - RG-800 series
